Get an introduction to the many hilltribes that call this region home while enjoying a traditional northern Thai dinner. Later, sleep tight in an authentic Lanna-style room. | | Day 2 | Doi Suthep Temple | The mountainside temple of Doi Suthep is one of the north's most sacred. Climb 300 steps up the dragon staircase or take the gondola to the top and admire the spectacular views. The afternoon is free to enjoy a traditional massage or even take a Thai cooking lesson. | | Day 3 | Elephant Ride & Bamboo Rafting | Ride an elephant through the forest, take an ox-drawn cart through rice fields and float on a bamboo raft down the Mae Tang River.
