Game drive in Ngorongoro crater, Dinner and overnight at simba campsite (rim), Adventure Camping, L, D. | | Day 2 | Nainokanoka | Ngorongoro/Nainokanoka After breakfast, drive to Nainokanoka village, where we set up camp and in the afternoon walk to rim of the Olmoti crater -visit the wonderful Mange waterfalls before returning to the camp for dinner and overnight, Adventure Camping, B,L,D. | | Day 3 | Kamana Village | Olmoti Crater/ Kamana Village Depart to Kamnana village, walking thru Embulmbul Depression following the cattle trails which passes thru forests and grasslands. Your overnight campsite is set in the bush (wilderness) some distance from the village, Adventure Camping, B, L, D. | | Day 4 | Empakai Crater | Kamana Village/ Empakai Crater Early departure, start walking to the path that leads thru open grassland area, bushland, forests, gradually gaining height of Empakai crater. Camp is set on the rim, before forests, grass and a volcanic crater. Animals like buffaloes, waterbucks, reedbucks and different species of birds can be seen at close range during the walk around the lake. Dinner and overnight on top of the crater rim. Adventure Camping, B, L, D. | | Day 5 | Naiyobi Masai Village | Empakai Crater/ Naiyobi Masai Village Depart for Naiyobi village climbing the crater rim on the north -western side .The trails leads to Naiyobi maasai village -reaching it late noon. The evening is spent relaxing or visiting the village school and also talking with the local Maasai people. Overnight at Acacia trees near the village. Adventure Camping, B, L, D. | | Day 6 | Mouwongoni Village | Naiyobi/ Mouwongoni Village Departing in the morning following the dusty paths downhill and off the crater highlands to Mouwongoni Maasai village to meet your jeep that will transfer you to Kamakea camp for dinner and overnight. Adventure Camping, B, L, D. | | Day 7 | Arusha | Lengai trekking/Arusha Early in the morning at around 2:00a.m start ascending to the top of Mount Oldonyo Lengai reaching the top at around 6:00a.m,afterwards descend down the mountain to the camp for breakfast and later at midday drive back to Arusha town arriving around 6pm.
