We maintain an E-MAIL address which allows our clients to have convenient and rapid access to us from wherever they happen to be at the moment.
In addition, we have the capability to E-MAIL our clients itineraries to them so that they can access their itinerary live at any time via the internet. This is particularly useful for the increasing number of passengers who use Electronic tickets. Checking airline schedules for flight changes, for instance, is now just a click away for Carr Travel clients. Our clients find this a wonderful tool. As one client put it recently "cool!"

GLOBAL HOTEL PROGRAM
Our affiliation with World Travel Partners means that we can provide the finest hoel program in the business (including 5500 hotels in 1200 cities across 130 countries worldwide). ROOMS ON RESERVE
During peak times of the year, hotel rooms can be very hard to get, especially in major cities like New YOrk CIty, Chicago, London and Washington, D.C. World Travel Partners maintains "blocked space" in over 630 hotels in 370 cities worldwide, often enabling Carr Travel to provide our clients a hotel room in a "sold out" situation.

INTERNATIONAL RATE DESK
For internationaltravel involving multiple stops and therefore very complicated mileage-based pricing, we are able to offer our clients the sevices of WOrld Travel Partner's international rate desk staffed by specialists renowned within the industry for their expertise. Submitting, at a nominal fee, a pre-planned intinerary to them for review, can often result in significant savings for our clients.

AIR CONSOLIDATORS
In fulfilling our mission to find each traveler the lowest fare consistent with his/her travel requirements, we do use air consolidators when appropriate. With scheduled airlines fares continually escalating, air consolidators can often provide a low fare alternative. Our expertise, based upon years of experience in sorting out and selecting reliable air consolidators, is key and offers another avenue of cost-savings for our clients.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT REPORTS
If useful, we can provide "management reports" to our corporate clients in a variety of information formats, i.e., cost svings reports, city pairs traveled reports by traveler, by department, by job number, etc., airline, car rental, hotel usage reports and a number of other formats.
